29 CFR 1928.57(a)(6)(iii): The employer did not instruct employees as to all steps and procedures which are necessary to safely service or maintain the equipment: On or about May 14, 2015, the employer did not instruct employee(s) as to all steps and procedures necessary to safely service or maintain the equipment. An employee was injured trying to unclog a meter bin full of hay as the machine was left running. This condition exposed employee to caught-by hazards.
