29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:      The employer alongside his employees were performing construction activities including framing 2 x 6 inch wood studs were working 11 feet below other employees framing roof rafters without the use of hard hats for protection against falling object that could strike employees on the head.
