29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) Construction site: On May 18, 2015 and at time prior, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10'2 feet to the concrete ground below while removing shingles on a commercial building with a 3/12 pitch roof.
