29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):     Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502.    a)  Jobsite located at 501 Chestnut Street, Lakewood NJ:   Company employees from Lopez Gonzales Construction were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet to the ground below without using any means of fall protection while framing the basement and the first level of a residential building under construction.  Occurred on or about 05/19/2015.
