29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe-boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  Employees performing re-roofing work for Aristeo Gonzalez dba AGR Construction at 400 N. 9th St., Independence, Kansas on a 12 in 12 pitched roof were exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 22 feet from the eave to the ground in that adequate fall protection was not used.
