(b) On or about May 20, 2015 for employees who were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet while working from the pitched roof of a garage while installing roof trusses at the construction project located near the intersection of Oxbow Trail SE & 39th Avenue SE in Mandan, North Dakota.
