29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employees working from an aerial lift:    (a) On or about May 20, 2015 - 6421 Highway 78, Leeds, AL, employees working from an aerial lift did not have the lanyards attached as required.    The Thomas Signs was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 316228493, citation number 01, item number 001(b) and was affirmed as a final order on May 15, 2012 with respect to a workplace located at 203 Greenhill Blvd, Fort Payne, AL.
