29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  On or about May 26, 2015, at the jobsite located at 777 Brickell Ave 3rd floor, Miami FL, 33131, the employer did not provide training for employees who are exposed to hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to Titanium Dioxide contained in the "Ultra Spec 500 Interior Latex Premier" when performing paint operation.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv):   The details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, did not include an explanation of the labels received on shipped containers and the workplace labeling system used by their employer; the safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employee could obtain and use the appropriate hazard information:   On or about May 26, 2015, at the jobsite located at 777 Brickell Ave 3rd floor, Miami FL, 33131, the employer did not provide training to employees about the chemical hazards when performing painting operation in accordance with the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals with pictograms or representations as a part of the new SDS and label format.
