29 CFR 1910.26(c)(3)(v): Employee(s) when ascending or descending, did not face the ladder.  a) Distinctive Event Rentals at Naval Amphibious Base Little Creek, Echo Beach Parking Lot:  On or about 05-14-15 and times prior thereto, employee(s) were observed ascending and descending a six-foot ladder backwards and sitting on the top-cap while performing work tasks.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employee(s) and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
