29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems:   On or about May 29, 2015, at the job site located at 2405 McKinley in Rogers, Arkansas, employees who were framing and decking the rafters of a new residence, were not using any type of fall protection. These conditions exposed the employees the hazard of falling from heights of 9 to 12 feet to the ground and concrete floor below.
