Front Entrance: Two employees were working approximately 16 feet above ground level from a platform of a JLG 460SJ aerial lift.  The employees were not wearing full body harnesses with lanyards attached to the basket while working from the aerial lift, as observed on May 28, 2015.  Abatement Certification Required For This Item.

29 CFR 1926.454(a)(1): The employer failed to have each employee who performs work while on a scaffold trained regarding the nature of any electrical hazards, fall hazards and falling object hazards in the work area:  a. Front Entrance: Two employees were working approximately 16 feet above ground level from a platform of a JLG 460SJ aerial lift.  Employees were not trained on the recognition of fall hazards associated with the use of aerial lifts, as determined on May 28, 2015.    Abatement Certification Required For This Item.
