29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse:    Stock Room: The employer did not ensure through visual observations, frequent inspections and specific instructions that the "boxes" in various sizes and containing different products were properly stacked, interlocked and/or limited in heights so that they were stable and secured from sliding and/or collapsing, and also creating trip and fall hazards.      Dollar Tree was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, {29 CFR 1910.176(b)}, which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 315793539, Citation Number 01, Item Number 002, issued on 03/12/2012 and became a final order on 03/21/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 516 Raymond Blvd., Newark, NJ 07105.  Abatement was completed on 03/28/2012.
