29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:    a.  On or about May 27, 2015, on the west side of a 5/12 pitch roof of a residential house, two employees working on the third level of the roof was not protected from a 25 feet fall hazard by the use of a personal fall protection system.    b.  On or about May 27, 2015, on the west side of a 5/12 pitch roof of a residential house, an employee working on the first level of the roof was not protected from a 12 feet fall hazard by the use of a personal fall protection system.    John G. Gordon Roofing Systems, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 949539, citation number 01, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on December 26, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 322 Jack Knife Dr., Panama City Beach, FL 32413.    John G. Gordon Roofing Systems, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1011449, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on January 7, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 202 Cannonball Lane, Lot 4, Panama City Beach, FL 32413.
