29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures was not permanent and continuous:  In the garage, there was no grounding prong on the plug of the cord to a 110 VAC Target Tilematic tile cutter, and there was no grounding prong on the plug of the cord to a 110 VAC DeWalt stone cutter.  Employees that used the cutter with water to cut tiles and stone were exposed to the hazard of contacting electricity.

29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Flexible cords and cables were not protected from damage:  In the driveway and street in front of the house, 110 VAC extension cords were not protected from damage as they laid on the concrete and asphalt and were run over by vehicles.  Employees that used the cords to power 110 VAC tile cutter were exposed to the hazards of contacting electricity.

29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided which will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws:  In the driveway in front of the house, the outside insulation was pulled away from the receptacle on a 110 VAC extension cord.  Employees that used the cord to power tile cutter were exposed to the hazards of contacting electricity.
