29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems or a combination of warning line system and safety monitoring system.     On May 27, 2015 at the above address employees were performing roofing work on a commercial building and were not utilizing fall protection. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 13.4 feet.    Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903(d).
