29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical in the workplace:    a) Bivona Child Advocacy Center, One Mount Hope Avenue Rochester, New York - On or about 6/2/15, an employee added Quikrete Mortar Mix (product no. 1102), water, and sand in a mixer to make mortar.  Quikrete Mortar mix and sand both contain crystalline silica, a hazardous chemical.  The employer did not maintain copies of the required safety data sheets for Quikrete Mortar Mix and sand.     ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
