29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  a) In the electrical building, on May 20, 2015, the employer did not ensure an employee who was engaged in running electrical conduit across the ceiling of the interior of the building, who used a 72" air conditioning duct as a working platform, was protected from falls through the use of a personal fall arrest system, or by other means, exposing the employee to fall related injuries.
