29 CFR 1910.132(e): The employer did not ensure that employees were not using defective or damaged personal protective equipment in the workplace. On or about 2 June 2015, employees were required to wear a damaged harness while operating scissor lift. The harness had multiple weld burns when presented to CSHOs during the inspection.
