29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(vi): The chemical manufacturer, importer, or distributor did not ensure that each container of classified hazardous chemicals leaving the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the name, address, and telephone number of the chemical manufacturer, importer, or other responsible party:  a) Cato Meridian School District Bus Garage, on or about 5/22/15: Labels of 10 oz. containers of CORE Spray Glue did not contain the name, address and phone number of either the manufacturer or the distributor.  Employees of Jag Environmental were provided with improperly labeled containers.  Abatement certification must be submitted for this item

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(7)(ii): The distributor shall either provide material safety data sheets with the shipped containers, or send them to the other distributor or employer prior to or at the time of the shipment;  a) Cato Meridian School District Bus Garage, on or about 5/22/15: Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) for containers of CORE Spray Glue were not provided to customers.  Employees of Jag Environmental did not have access to SDSs for CORE spray glue used on the job site.  Abatement certification must be submitted for this item
