29 CFR 1926.850(c): All electric, gas, water, steam, sewer, and other service lines were not shut off, capped, or otherwise controlled outside the building line before demolition work was started:    In demolition area at the bar, the electric power was not shut off as there were two 4 by 4 inch metal electrical boxes with energized 110 VAC outlets, metallic sheathed cables with 110 VAC energized wires, and an octagon electrical box with 110 VAC energized wires.  Employees that used pry bars, hammers, and other tools to demolish the bar were exposed to the hazard of contacting electricity.
