29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):  Except as otherwise provided in paragraph (b) of this section, each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.       On or about 06/03/2015, at the jobsite at 425 Transit Street, St Charles, MO, employees engaged in roof repair activities of a storage building were not protected from falling.  The employees were exposed to a 15' 1" fall to the ground below.          Woodruff Roofing & Exteriors, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 043089, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/28/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 3910 Juniata St., St Louis, MO.
