29 CFR 1910.1000(a)(1): Employee(s) were exposed to an airborne concentration of Hydrogen Sulfide listed in Table Z-1 in excess of the ceiling concentration of 20 parts per million (PPM).  On or about June 17, 2015 the employer failed to ensure that employees were not exposed to Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) in excess of the permissible exposure limit (PEL) while working near drums in the Tannery exposing employees to respiratory health hazards.
