29 CFR 1926.24:   The employer did not development and maintain an effective fire protection and prevention program at the job site throughout all phases of the construction, repair, alteration, or demolition work, nor did the employer ensure the availability of fire protection and suppression equipment required by Subpart F of this part.   (a) On or about June 3, 2015 at worksite 501 Conley, Columbia, Missouri.-employees were exposed to a fire hazard. The employer had not developed a fire protection/ fire prevention plan. Additionally, fire extinguishers were not provided and readily accessible.   Abatement certification is required for this item; use the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET for this purpose.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):  Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.   (a) On or about June 3, 2015 at worksite 501 Conley, Columbia Missouri.-Employees were exposed to a fall hazard as they worked at the edge of a unprotected surface approximately 20 feet from the ground below without using adequate fall protection.     Abatement certification for this item is not required.
