The guarding device shall be in conformity with any appropriate standards therefor, or, in the absence of applicable specific standards, shall be so designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of his body in the danger zone during the operating cycle. a) Earthstone Products @ 2216 Airway Ave, Fort Collins CO 80524: On or before June 3rd 2015, the employer did not ensure that blades on the cement mixer are fully guarded to prevent accidental contact at the point of operation. This condition potentially exposed employees to struck-by, caught-in, and/or amputation hazards.

Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for Polytek 2-part polyurethane indicates this product contains Toluene Diisocyanate.
