Location-Parking garage: On or about May 20, 2015, the temporary lighting was suspended by its power cord and not the fixtures as designed by the manufacturer. Instance B. Location-Garage Staircase: On or about May 20, 2015, the temporary lighting was suspended by its power cord and not the fixtures as designed by the manufacturer. Instance C. Location-Second floor hallway: Location- On or about May 20, 2015, the temporary lighting was suspended by its power cord and not the fixtures as designed by the manufacturer. Instance D.
