29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain copies of the required material safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical in the workplace:  (a) Alloy Metal Finishing, LLC; The employer did not maintain Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for chemical on hand such as but not limited to; sulfuric acid, nitric acid and silica sand.  Alloy Metal Finishing, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 585038 citation 1 item 4/b and was affirmed as final order on January 11, 2013 with respect to their workplace located at 800 Wisconsin St., Unit 31, Building D 04, Suite 111, Eau Claire, WI 54703.
