29 CFR 1926.451(b)(5)(i): The end of a platform 10 feet or less in length extended over its support more than 12 inches and the platform was not designed and installed so that the cantilevered portion of the platform is able to support employees and/or materials without tipping, or has guardrails which block employee access to the cantilevered end:    On or about June 4, 2015, employees working from a scaffold erected at a commercial new building construction site were exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 6 feet.
