29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems or a personal fall arrest system:   On or about June 10, 2015, and at times prior thereto, two employees were installing roof decking on the roof of the club house without the use of fall protection, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet.
