29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:  Instance 1: On or about Thursday, June 11, 2015 at 58-04 99th Street, Corona, NY 11368  Extension cords were observed daisy-chained together in order to power a soft drink machine exposing employees to electrical hazards.  Instance 2: On or about Thursday, June 11, 2015 at 58-04 99th Street, Corona, NY 11368  Pendant control boxes used to power electrical office equipment were observed not mounted exposing employees to electrical hazards.  ABATEMENT CERTICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19
