29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) 25 Mill River Ln., Springfield, MA: On or about June 10, 2015, an employee was painting the outside of the exterior wall of this building from the roof deck, more than 17 feet above the ground below without any fall protection.   Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
