The employer did not ensure that employees were provided with a standard rail to prevent falling into the tank, on or about June 17, 2015.       (b)  180 Knight Road, Gettysburg Pennsylvania, Sewage Plant - An employee works off a wooden plank to lift the metal grate to clean out the tank.  The employer did not ensure that employees were provided with a standard rail to prevent falling into the tank, on or about June 17, 2015    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
