29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gasses in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks was not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965: (a) Dauphin Ballroom Storage Room - A helium cylinder located adjacent to the doorway leading from hallway to the kitchen was stored with the regulator attached. The cylinder was not secured and the protective cap was not in place while the cylinder was not in use, on or about June 12, 2015. No abatement certification or documentation required.
