29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employees must always stand firmly on the floor of the basket, and must not sit or climb on the edge of the basket or use planks, ladders, or other devices for a work position:     (a). Worksite located at 601 NE 70th Street, Gladstone, Missouri- Employee was observed climbing in an out of an aerial lift in order to access a suspended deck structure. The employee also climbed in and out of the lift without the use of any means of fall protection.
