29 CFR 1926.50(b): Provisions were not made prior to commencement of the project for prompt medical attention in case of serious injury: On or about June 9, 2015, an employee was injured during a fall while moving temporary stairs and did not receive prompt medical attention for a period in excess of 48 hours, exposing the employee to further injury. Note: Employer is responsible for prompt medical attention, including first aid, for any employee injury or illness. Employer must ensure access to a medical clinic (or trained first aid provider) within approximately 4 minutes of the injury, proper first aid supplies and equipment to transport injured persons, and prompt treatment of the injury.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems: On or about June 9, 2015, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from falling while moving the temporary stairs at the residential apartments under construction, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of over six feet.
