At the job site 8887 Green Valley Drive, Manhattan Kansas, employees were operating the equipment listed below without proper guarding.   Employees were exposed to amputation hazards.  1. All 5 CNC machines in the production area were being operated without the door interlocks functioning. 2. Slotter 4A-4B was not fully guarded at the cutting area. 3. Slotter #3, Double Head Cutters were not fully guarded at the cutting area. 4. Slotter #2 cutting area was not fully guared. 5. Enclosed Slotter #1 had opening at the end that was not closed.
