29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):       Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.      (a) On or about June 24, 2015, at worksite 2901 NE 72 St, Gladstone, Missouri.-employees were performing roofing operations at an elevated height without any means of fall protection by way of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems approximately 17-24 feet to the surface below.      Abatement certification for this violation is not required.
