29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers: a) Jobiste - 13 Chester Street, Glens Falls, NY 12801 - On or about June 26, 2015 workers were replacing slate shingles on a steep slate roof exposed to a fall hazard without the benefit of inspection of the jobsite by a competent person designated by this employer.
