29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure:  a)  Cooler 3, on or about 6/25/15:  An orange extension cord providing current to a scale was strung overhead and through a doorway and was being used as permanent wiring.  Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.
