29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards:  On or about 26 June, 2015, at the hotel under construction located at 13600 Hartman Lane, Walker, Louisiana, the employer allowed employee(s)  to erect the tubular welded frame scaffolding on the side of the building, without being trained to recognize hazards associated with erecting the scaffolding.
