29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    a) 1570 Ellsworth Industrial Blvd - Employees working from a flat roof were exposed to a lower level fall hazard of approximately 13-feet, in that; no fall protection was in use.     Kelco Roofing Co. LLC., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 316080381, citation number 1, item number 5 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/26/2012 with respect to a workplace located at 2144 Hills Avenue, Atlanta, GA 30318.
