29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged, or marked with the identity and appropriate hazard warnings regarding the chemicals contained therein:    (a) Building 45 Janitor's Closet 6A.N21- Bottle containers used by the custodian were observed not having affixed labels or markings identifying the contents or its hazards, on or about June 29, 2015.    (b) Building  10 Janitor's Closet 2N-201 - A spray bottle container used by the custodian was observed not having an affixed label or marking to identify the contents or its hazards, on or about June 29, 2015.
