Employees were required to remove bed sheets contaminated with blood and clean blood from the floors in the bathrooms. At the time of the inspection the employer did not have a written Exposure Control Plan designed to eliminate or minimize employee exposure. This condition exposed employees to bloodborne pathogen hazards.
