29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems or fall restraint systems.    a) 110 Bartlett Ave, Exton, PA - Employees engaged in the installation of metal decking were exposed to fall hazards of approx. 38 feet without the use of a fall protection system, on or about June 26, 2015.      The Chowns Group was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.760(a)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1004015, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 5, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1030 Horsham Rd, Montgomeryville, PA.
