29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:    a) Sorting Area Left - Employees sorting and stacking skids were exposed to a fire hazard from re-locatable power taps plugged into extension cords and extension cords plugged into re-locatable power taps, on or about July 6th, 2015.    b) Sorting Area Right - Employees sorting and stacking skids were exposed to a fire hazard from re-locatable power taps plugged into extension cords and extension cords plugged into re-locatable power taps, on or about July 6th, 2015.    No abatement certification or documentation required.
