29 CFR 1910.176(b): Storage of material created a hazard. Bags, containers, bundles, etc., stored in tiers were not stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they were stable and secure against sliding or collapse:    a) This violation occurred on or about July 6, 2015, in the warehouse, where stored bales of carpeting were not stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they were stable and secure exposing employees to a struck-by hazard in the event that the bales slid or collapsed.
