29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:    (a) BB&T Atlanta Open Modular Stadium (West Side) located at 241 20th Street, NW, Atlanta, GA 30363: Employees were exposed to overhead hazards while erecting the grandstands on the west side of the main court with no head protection. Sections of cross-bracing and scaffold needed to erect the grandstands were handed to the climbers/erectors directly overhead which exposed the employees working below as no head protection was being worn.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:    (a) BB&T Atlanta Open Modular Stadium Grandstands (west side) located at 241 20th Street, NW, Atlanta, GA 30363: Employees installing platforms on bleachers approximately 13-feet, 1-inch to 18-feet, 1-inch from the lower level were not provided with a fall protection system.      Nussli (US), LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 990295, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/20/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 240 Snake Hollow Road, Bridgehampton, NY 11932.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:    (a) BB&T Atlanta Open Modular Stadium (west side) located at 241 20th Street, NW, Atlanta, GA 30363: Employees installing platforms on bleachers at heights of approximately 13-feet, 1-inch to 18-feet, 1-inch from the lower level were not provided with a fall protection system. The employees did not recognize the hazard and means to correct the hazard as the employees were not trained.     Nussli (US), LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 990295, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/20/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 240 Snake Hollow Road, Bridgehampton, NY 11932.
