Location:  2 Spicer Court, Westport, CT 06880    A written hazard communications program was not developed and implemented for products and chemicals such as but not limited to paint thinner utilized during painting operations.

29 CFR 1926.1060(a): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders and stairways, as necessary, which would enable each employee to recognize hazards related to ladders and stairways and train each employee in the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards.    Location:  2 Spicer Court, Westport, CT 06880      Each employee utilizing portable ladders for painting operations were not provided with a training program to instruct each employee in the recognition of fall hazards related to ladders and the procedures to minimize and/or eliminate those hazards.
