OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard from materials falling off of industrial pallet rack system.    a. On or about July 14, 2015, the employer did not ensure that the industrial pallet rack columns were not anchored to the floor as required in ANSI/MH16.1: 2008 which could cause the racks to become out-of-plumb and cause materials to fall on employees.
