Amatech Polycel, LLC - On or about July 2, 2015 , and times prior thereto: Employees worked with or around corrosive chemicals including, but not limited to, battery acid (sulfuric acid). Facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not available to employees charging and/or servicing batteries.
