29 CFR 1926.252(a): An enclosed chute of wood, or equivalent material, was not used where materials were dropped more than 20 feet to points lying outside the exterior walls of the building(s):    a) On or about July 13, 2015 and times prior, employees were exposed to injury from being struck by falling material such as aluminum window frames that were being thrown from the third floor window opening that was greater than twenty feet to the lower surface.     Abatement Note:  Abatement certification are required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet Letter").
